Michelle and Elías wanted their wedding to be spiced-up by some secrecy. The guests didn’t know where the wedding reception would take place—they were secretly taken to Toreo Parque Central. Then, through an underground parking lot and corridors made of cloth curtains, they were walked to the main area of the shopping center. At the entrance there was a tunnel with hanging lights and slats. The round and imperial tables, dressed in silver and light-gray fabrics, were arranged radially and symmetrically around the dance floor, which resembled the venue’s dome. The main table was beautifully surrounded by trees. As for the centerpieces, there were mirror boxes, cylinders and cups made of small crystals with hanging candles. From the ceiling hung dozens of long, vertical lights, while the rest of the venue was embellished by white gladiolas, dendrobium orchids and roses. Guests regaled themselves with a banquet by Friedman and a candy bar, and after dinner, everyone danced to the mixes of DJ César Álvarez.
